Job Description

We, Jog & Co., a law firm based in Nagpur, are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Researcher (Intern) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for law graduates with strong communication, research, and drafting skills and a keen interest in Corporate Laws, Data Privacy, and Emerging Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and monitor Data Privacy Regulations applicable to the organization and industry.
• Track and analyse developments related to AI Regulations and emerging technology laws.
• Draft, review, and support preparation of Contracts & Drafting documentation, agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Maintain legal databases, records, and documentation accurately.
• Support the legal team in compliance and policy-related activities.
• Stay updated with changes in legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyse legal documents, case laws, and statutes 

Required Skills

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Interest in Corporate Laws, Data Privacy, AI Regulation, and Technology Law.
• Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
